RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We at Lady Bug Boutique want you to be happy with your purchases.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you
have purchased, please email us within 7 days at customercare@ladybugboutique.com with the reason for the return or exchange and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- All returns and exchanges must be in original condition, unworn,
unwashed and unaltered, with all store tags still attached. Any item
with indication of wear or use will not be accepted for return and will
be returned to the customer.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on swimwear, undergarments,
jewelry or items purchased from the sale rack. These items are
considered final sales and may not be exchanged or returned.
- Once you receive your RA number, please print out a copy and place
it in the box, please also clearly write the RA number on the outside
of the box. All returns/exchanges must be returned to us within 7 days
after the RA is issued. You are also welcome to return and exchange
merchandise purchased online at the store, as long as you have the
packing receipt with you.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, we do
not accept COD deliveries. All shipping and handling charges are non
refundable. Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers
will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card.
Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
- Send items, insured for there full value, with original packing
receipt and RA number to: Attn: Returns Department, Lady Bug Boutique,

SHIPPING INFORMATION
- After you place an order with us, we will strive to ship it to you
the same day or within 24 hours. If you place an order over the
weekend or during a holiday we will ship it out the next business day.
- Lady Bug Boutique offers UPS delivery on all website purchases.
Costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, size and
destination of the shipment, we will never charge a handling fee.
PRIVACY POLICY
- We at Lady Bug Boutique view your personal information as private
and confidential. You can rest assured that your information is safe
with us. We never sell, share or trade information with other
companies.
SECURE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
- Your online credit card transactions are secure with Lady Bug
Boutique. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), the industry standard,
which encrypts all personal information including your name, address
and credit card number.
- Lady Bug Boutique credit card transactions are transmitted using
SSL to Authorize.net payment gateway. They are the preferred payment
gateway among internet merchants for securely managing payment
transactions.
