Orders & Payments 

Your online credit card transactions are secure with Ladybug Boutique.  We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), the industry standard, which encrypts all personal information including your name, address and credit card number. 

Ladybug Boutique credit card transactions are transmitted using SSL to Authorize.net payment gateway.  They are the preferred payment gateway among internet merchants for securely managing payment transactions. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to ladybugboutique.com


Return & Exchanges 

We want you to love your purchases, however,  if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item we are happy to accept returns on all regularly priced items returned to us within 14 days of customer receipt (*date of customer receipt as according to UPS delivery tracking confirmation). Returns received back to us within 14 days will receive a full refund in the form of original payment. 

Returns received after 14 days will receive store credit only . Returns received after 30 days will NOT be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. 

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with ALL store and/or designer tags still attached.  Any item with indication of wear or use will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, we do not accept COD deliveries. Return packages MUST be sent via UPS or FEDEX. Packages sent via USPS (U.S. postal service) will NOT be delivered to us at the below address.  All original shipping and handling charges are non refundable.  Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

You are also welcome to return and exchange merchandise purchased online at the store, as long as you have the packing receipt with you. Online purchases returned in-store must be completed within 14 days. 


To initiate a return simply email us at customercare@ladybugboutique.com with your original order number and we will issue a return approval.

Final Sale

We do not accept returns on the following items: ANY SALE or discounted merchandise, Jewelry, Beauty & Perfume, Intimates & Swimwear.


Shipping Information

Ladybug Boutique offers UPS delivery on all website purchases.  Free shipping is offered on all orders over $200 pre-tax. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, size and destination of the shipment; we will never charge a handling fee.

After you place an order with us, we strive to ship it to you within 24 hours.  If you place an order over the weekend or during a holiday we will ship it out the next business day.

Privacy Policy

At Ladybug Boutique view your personal information as private and confidential.  You can rest assured that your information is safe with us.  We never sell, share or trade information with other companies.
